The reflex glazing of facades visually unites them with natural environment. The complex consists of 3 apartment houses. They are a 9-storey house for 28 apartments standing separately, a section apartment house consisting of 4 blocks ( 9,12,15,13 storeys) for 178 apartments and a 7-storey gallery type house for 22 apartments. On the last floor of each house there will be double apartments with platforms for rest and an exit to the roof (to look the SCHEME of the infrastructure of the housing estate). Advantages of the project are that it is planned as an independent complex with a wide spectrum of services and opportunities which could satisfy any consumer.
Infrastructure of the complex
"Richelieu-chateau" is an independent complex with the developed infrastructure. The all possible requirements of modern life-support and life-safety are foreseen in conditions of the project at high professional level:
-an independent gas boiler-house, providing uninterrupted feeding of cold and hot water and also heating of apartments;
- an own storage water tank with volume of 1000 м3, connected to the central conduit of "Artek" and power station;
- a round-the-clock guarding equipped by systems of video observation;
- open and covered secured auto parkings;
- a satellite TV, security and fire signal systems;
- a computer center, Internet-services, offices, a conference hall;
- a legal support of the rights of proprietors, help in decision of questions of
purchase, sale and letting;
- a well-equipped area for rest and different sport activities (a tennis court, a
playground);
- a covered pool, a sauna, a beauty salon, a fitness-center, a billiards;
- restaurants and cafes, market services (food stuffs, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, etc.);
- an own beach equipped with canopies, solarium, chaise longues, shower and toilet rooms, a first-aid post;
- transport communication from the complex up to the beach;
- a laundry, a dry-cleaner, a repair shop of clothes and footwear;
- all the common premises of the "Richelieu-chateau" Housing Estate are finally finished, there are modern noiseless lifts made by "ОТIS" Company in all the buildings.

A following finishing will be executed in the apartments: concrete lining on the floors, ceilings up to whitewashing, walls up to wall-papers, an entrance metal door finished with valuable wood species, an individual boiler-house for whole the complex providing uninterrupted submission of cold and hot water and also heating of apartments, stainless steel balcony and terrace handrails, ceramic coating of stairs and corridors, marble coating of lift entrances, panoramic metal-base laminate windows opening in two planes.
The design documentation of the "Richelieu-chateau" Housing Estate is developed by the Yalta branch of "KrymNIIproekt" Scientific Research &Project Institute located at the address: Rudanskogo Str. # 3, Yalta 98600, Crimea / Ukraine, tel. (0654) 32-78-71. The basic activities of the Yalta branch of "KrymNIIproekt" Scientific Research &Project Institute are design works (for new construction, reconstruction and major overhaul which are provided for the regions with usual conditions, seismically active region, regions with complicated engineering-geological conditions (subsidence, landslide, landslip, water logging), development of the town-planning documentation, architectural and construction designing, designing of bearing structures according to classes and conditions of construction, designing of internal engineering systems and constructions, designing of external engineering networks, development of special parts of projects, technological designing of buildings (the license АА 548201 of 07.08.2003). This project has passed all design stages under direction of the director of the Yalta branch of "KrymNIIproekt" Scientific Research &Project Institute Boris Vladimirovich Popov, the chief of a workshop Igor Igorevich Radushnov, the chief engineer of the project Anna Mikhaylovna Panshina, the author and the developer of the project Anna Filippovna Samardak. Each of the design stages (draft, architectural and lay-out specifications, working design) has been properly approved and agreed by the authorities, all design documentation has passed a design examination and on 20.06.2006 the State Inspection of Architecture & Construction in Yalta has issued the construction permit # 3-Ж/02-06.
