Gurzuf brightens as a rare jewel in loose of coastal settlements. Its unique charm is lingered on all life. The many-sided history of this most beautiful place of Crimea opens its conclusive advantages. Located just in several tens kilometers from the well-known and noisy Yalta, Gurzuf became a silent and affable harbor for many hearts. Since the most ancient times it has been chosen all over again by Taurs, then by the Greeks and later by the earliest Christians. "Richelieu-chateau" Housing Estate is located in a green park zone of the village Gurzuf situated in a small valley carefully covered from the north by the main ridge of Crimean mountains, from the west by Nikitskaya Mountain Pasture, and from the east by Ayu-Dag ( The Bear Mountain). It's architectural ensemble is harmoniously entered in a coastal landscape and is located in 800 meters from the sea, at height of 130 meters above sea level, that allows to observe from windows a magnificent panoramic view of the village, the sea-front of Gurzuf and the rocks-twins Adalary stretching far in the sea. There is also a sea service using which you can coast and visit the well-known palaces and parks of the southern coast by a small boat. The bus service of Airport - Railway Station - Simferopol - Gurzuf works smoothly the whole year round and suggests different variants at your choice (block-to-block time is about one and a half hours).
